Foreign investment support

One local point of contact for your China setup.

Navigate entity preparation, registration, banking, foreign exchange, tax and ongoing compliance with clear English-language coordination.

Start with eligibility

Structure follows the business activity.

Foreign investors may establish companies or partnerships in China, subject to current laws, the foreign investment negative list and sector-specific requirements.

The proposed investors, activities, ownership and licences should be reviewed together before documents are prepared.

Foreign investor FAQ

Important early questions.

Can a foreign individual establish a company?

Foreign investors can include foreign natural persons, enterprises and other organisations, subject to applicable laws and registration requirements. A case-specific review is required.

Do I need a Chinese partner?

That depends on the proposed activity and current market-access rules. Many sectors allow wholly foreign-owned structures; restricted activities may have special requirements.

Can you open the bank account for me?

We coordinate preparation and appointments. The bank performs its own due diligence and decides what participation and documents are required.

Can you arrange a visa or work permit?

We do not issue visas, work permits or residence permits. We can identify official information and coordinate qualified support where appropriate.
